The 13th International Symposium on Architectural Interchanges in Asia

Bulletin No.2

The International Symposium on Architectural Interchanges in Asia (ISAIA) is a biennial international symposium co-sponsored by the Architectural Society of China (ASC) together with the Architectural Institute of Japan (AIJ) and the Architectural Institute of Korea (AIK).

With the theme of “Sharing Healthy City for More People”, the 13th ISAIA is scheduled to be held on Sep. 28-29, 2022 in Wuhan, China. The organizing committee of 13^th ISAIA welcomes paper authors (including co-authors) to make presentations  in the symposium.

II. Content and participation form of the meeting：

The symposium will hold keynote speeches, and the keynote speakers are as follows: Meng Jianmin, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Chief Architect of Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design Research Co. Ltd.; Shin-ichi TANABE, Professor of Waseda University; Lee, Sang-Leem, CEO of SPACE GROUP; Zhang Songmin, Vice Chief Architect of Central-South Architectural Design Institute Co.,Ltd. 

The conference will also hold two special forums, namely “Healthy City” forum, and “Healthy Building” forum. The six sub-themes include architectural planning and design, architectural history and theory, urban planning and design, construction engineering and management, big data and interdisciplinary cooperation, and architectural programming and post-occupancy evaluation. The language of the conference is English, and the proceedings will be published in English.

The conference will adopt a combination form of on-site speeches and live-streamed broadcast. The opening ceremony and keynote speeches will be held in the morning of September 28th, and two special forums will be held simultaneously in the afternoon. The conference on September 28 will be broadcast live and provides simultaneous interpretation in Chinese and English.

On September 29th, there will be six sub-theme sessions, and the paper authors who registered will give a presentation. The presentations will be conducted in online form and will be videotaped which can be reviewed for free through the meeting’s official website after the meeting closed.

(1)Payment method: please register and make payment on the meeting’s official website https://isaia2022.chinaasc.org.cn/, the registration is only applied for paper authors (including co-authors).

(2) Payment date: August 1,2022 00:00 - August 31,2022 0:00.

(3) Registration fee and refund

1. Registration fee: general participant $150 USD per person, student $50 USD per person.

2. Refund: complete the payment following the requirements shown in the registration system. Application for refund should be made before August 30, 2022. After that, the application for refund will not be processed.

关于举办2022年第十三届亚洲建筑国际

交流会的通知

相关单位和个人：

2022年第十三届亚洲建筑国际交流会将于2022年9月28-29日在湖北武汉以线上和线下的形式召开，主题为“为更多人享有更健康的城市（Sharing Healthy City for More People）”。

亚洲建筑国际交流会是由中国、日本、韩国三国建筑学会联合举办的、每两年一次的国际建筑学术交流会议，会议旨在探讨东亚的建筑文化传统、现代建筑发展与传统建筑特色之间的关系、现代建筑技术的发展以及可持续发展建筑等议题。

现将参会相关事项通知如下：

二、会议内容和形式

本次会议将举办主旨报告，邀请中国工程院院士、深圳建筑设计研究总院总建筑师孟建民、日本早稻田大学田边新一教授、韩国Space集团首席执行官Lee, Sang-Leem、中南建筑设计院副总建筑师张颂民等专家学者做主旨报告。

会议还将举办“健康城市(Healthy City)”、 “健康建筑( Healthy Building）”两个专题报告会以及六个分题报告会，包括：建筑规划和设计、建筑历史和理论、城市规划和设计、施工工程和管理、大数据与跨学科合作和建筑策划与后评估。会议语言为英语，会议将出版英文版论文集。

为做好疫情防控工作，本次会议将采用专家现场演讲与在线视频直播相结合的形式。9月28日上午举行大会开幕式和主旨报告会，下午平行召开两场专题报告会。当天会议将实时免费直播并提供中英文同声传译服务。

9月29日设六个分题会场，由注册论文作者作学术报告。报告会以在线视频的形式进行。相关录像可在会后通过会议官方网站免费观看。

三、参会报名

(一)报名方式：会议采取在线报名方式，报名网址：https://isaia2022.chinaasc.org.cn/，注册只针对收录论文的作者（含共同作者）。

(二)报名时间：2022年 8月1日00:00-2022年8月31日00:00受理在线报名。

（三）注册缴费

1.国内参会代表1000元人民币/人，学生代表300元人民币/人。境外参会代表150美元/人，学生代表50美元/人。

2.缴费方式：按会议系统注册要求完成费用支付。退费申请须在8月30日前提出。8月30日之后不再受理退费申请。

3.发票事宜：请参会代表准确填写发票信息，8月30日之前可以更改发票信息。本次会议提供电子普通发票，会议结束后统一开具。
